Leisure reasons: most of the milliners opt for this kind of property investment. This may be overseas property investment also. The home owners use this property to utilize the time during vacation to spend leisure time with their family and friend. The vacation comes seasonally and periodically.  Such property can be utilized as buy to let property through which the owner gets the profit in the rest of the years which they can utilize for the maintenance of property. But the tenants must be made clear about the duration of their stay.

Land development: this strategy is in blooming in many parts of the world. Here the evolution happens from the barren land to big villas and flats. This is huge investment process and the person has to plan about many parameters like location, affordability, etc… and after making investment, they have to plan about promotion of the land among the people in and around the locality. The land should be partitioned and tagged with desired price. Then futhur construction process is made.
