Many DIY property managers don’t attempt inquire deep about the previous stay and their history while professionals does it as the mandatory job. This keeps renter away from risk.
Professionals ask for the bond and agreements for the safety of houses but common people doesn’t do instead they make the agreement only orally which doesn’t make sense in case of trouble.
